Working in an environment where leadership is key at all levels; you’ll lead, coach and inspire a team of talented Sales advisors to provide our customers with a great experience.
The team’s ongoing development will be a major priority. In fact, you will spend a great deal of your time coaching them, which means getting in amongst your team and giving them quality one to one time. As you’ll be leading very much by example, you’ll need solid sales experience or great customer service skills so that you can help out on calls when needed.
We’re looking for someone with proven team management experience ideally, but not essentially in a contact centre, with the confidence to challenge accepted ways of doing things. Above all, you must be willing to take ownership of the complete customer experience, and enhance it at every opportunity.
