Sky Team Administrator Jobs at Dublin
Our new Sales and Service Centre in Dublin can’t open its doors without capable Team Administrators to coordinate and deliver a wide range of administrative activities including scheduling, reporting and data provisioning. You’ll be key in supporting the onsite Team Leader population in their delivery of great customer service.
You will report directly into the Team Managers and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a wide range of activities both administrative and analytical. You’ll need to be able to prioritise large amounts of complex data and proactively producing accurate, timely and relevant reports for team leaders.
Alongside professionalism and polished relationship building skills, you’ll also need to be proactive, have great organisational skills and someone who can manage a number of key stakeholders. You’ll be a systems expert once you’ve completed our award winning training, you’ll then be able to confidently manage sensitive information along with collating and communicating data and providing reports based on this. This will all be driven by your passion for doing the right thing and delivering great support to your internal customers.
