As a Customer Partner, you will engage with our customers day to day placing them firmly at the centre of everything you do. You will take ownership for our customers issues and queries, wherever possible resolving them on the first point of contact. If it's a more complicated query we'll give you the confidence, tools and autonomy to case manage that query through to resolution - allowing you to take full ownership and accountability for your customers.
Understanding what the customer wants and looking for opportunities to promote and sell our other products and services are key to ensuring out customer gets the most from us.
To be successful in this role we're looking for confident communicators, with fantastic customer service skills, ideally you will have some experience of billing and account management enquiries.
