Travelling to Leeds Customer Contact Centre
By Rail
From Leeds Train Station take the main exit and turn right on to Neville Street. Follow Neville Street, crossing over the bridge at the river, past Water Lane on your right and straight down Victoria Road. Cross Manor Road and take a slight left to stay on Victoria Road. You’ll find 2 City Walk just on your right after about 30 metres.
By Bus
From Leeds City Bus Station take the York Street exit, turn right on to New York Street, then take a slight left at Call Lane. Turn right at The Calls, then left at Bridge End, which turns slightly right and becomes Meadow Lane. Bear right on to Victoria Road (A653) and, after about 100 metres, you’ll find 2 City Walk just on your left.
By Car
From the M62 (Eastbound) -
Leave the M62 at junction 27 and take the M621. At junction 3 take the A653 exit, signposted Leeds (Centre). Slight left on the A653 (Victoria Road) and 2 City Walk is just on your left.
The nearest car park can be found just behind Bewley’s Hotel, next to our building.
From the M62 (Westbound) -
Leave the M62 at junction 29 and head towards the M621. At the roundabout, take the third exit on to the M1 ramp, signposted M621/Leeds (Central). Merge on to the M1 and at junction 3 exit toward Holbeck.
Merge on to the A653/Dewsbury Road and continue to follow the A653. Turn left at the A653/Dewsbury Road which will become Meadow Road. Bear left on to Victoria Road and 2 City Walk is just on your left.
The nearest car park can be found just behind Bewley’s Hotel, next to our building.
From the M1 -
Around junction 43, take a slight right on to the M621, following signs to Leeds (Centre). At junction 3 take the A653 exit (Dewsbury Road). Slight left on the A653 (Victoria Road) and 2 City Walk is just on your left.
