In our Livingston contact centre our Sales and Service Advisors answer calls from customers who may be looking to make changes to their Sky Package or have a billing or technical enquiry. Using excellent communication skills to find out their needs and match our great products to ensure they continue to enjoy Sky. Making each and every one of our customers feel special is our number one priority. In fact, we place the customer at the heart of everything we do, going above and beyond when it comes to the service we deliver. That’s why, whatever role you play, you'll be helping to ensure they have a truly great experience.
Located in West Lothian, our Livingston site is accessible via all modes of transport, with over 300 parking spaces available and shuttles buses to and from the Livingston rail station.
