Sky Newcastle Senior Trainer Jobs

Always keen to innovate, our Sales and Service model at Newcastle is no exception. We want to deliver the very best for our customers, and we know that nothing frustrates them more than being passed from pillar to post when calling up with a query.

That’s why we’re putting a multi-skilled Sales and Service team in place, able to handle every aspect of every call – and take real ownership of every call, whatever its nature, through to its resolution. Of course, because this will be new territory for many, providing our people with the right skills to support this means they’ll need the right training. And that’s where you come in.

We want our people to be the best that they can possibly be. So, we’ll be looking to you to help them progress even further through the design, delivery and evaluation of exciting and engaging training programmes, all aimed at enhancing every aspect of the customer experience.

Inspiring, motivating and able to communicate complex ideas in a unique and memorable way, you’ll be an outstanding presenter with strong facilitation skills and plenty of enthusiasm. You’ll also have proven learning development experience within a contact centre environment, most likely supported with an NVQ level 3, CITP or equivalent qualification.
