Operations Support Co-ordinator Jobs at Sheffield

Our new Sheffield Customer Service Centre can’t open its doors without capable, collected Operations Support Co-ordinators to ensure a high standard of administrative and secretarial services.

You’ll be a reliable, reassuring presence on site, supporting (and, on occasion, deputising for) our Operations Support Leader in ensuring the smooth running of our whole operation.

It’s a massive challenge. There will be more than 500 people employed here. As well as supporting our Team Managers (the people who run each of our customer service teams) you’ll be part of the team taking care of the site’s day-to-day admin.

Life here will be hectic, so you’ll need to thrive on variety. One minute you’ll be facilitating a meeting, the next welcoming visitors or deliveries. At any time, you could be called on to solve problems and to stop the unexpected getting in the way of great customer service.

We’re looking for someone who will lead by example and embody our can-do, customer-focused culture. Proactive and prepared for anything, you’re not the type to wait for instructions. Your experience will show us you’re a natural networker, able to cultivate relationships with all sorts of contacts and that you can analyse facts and figures to find ever better ways of working. Add to that great administrative skills and we’d like to hear from you.
