Broadband and Home Phone Support
Making each and every one of our customers feel special is a number one priority at Sky. At our new Customer Welcome Centre in Stockport, it’s at the heart of everything we do.
However, our customers do sometimes have technical problems with their broadband or home phones. If our frontline advisors are unable to solve these problems right away, calls will be transferred to you because of your level of technical expertise.
Taking ownership of the customer experience, and enhancing it at every opportunity, you’ll ask all the right questions, do some quick thinking and determine what could be going wrong, then advise customers what to do to put things right.
This means we’ll be expecting you to deliver a simple, reliable and personal service that not only meets some pretty high expectations, but ensures any technical issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
We’re looking for the kind of inquisitive person who gets excited about solving technical problems, and loves getting to the bottom of things. You’ll need to be a confident communicator too. Someone who listens to what customers have to say, understands where they’re coming from and, above all, does everything they possibly can to help them get the solution they need.
Although you’ll be using our diagnostic systems and tools to resolve issues, you will need some experience of providing support to customers with their broadband and home phone products. With targets to meet, a focused, motivated and positive approach will be just as important as your fantastic customer service skills.
